Firmament series

  My experience of the Hundred Days Project has spawned a series of small charcoal drawings.  These pieces investigate the nighttime landscape with the idea of depicting the sky or the heavens in a spiritual context.  I expect to complete a small series of these - nowhere near the 100 I just completed this summer - and then use the series to begin a body of larger black and white paintings dealing with images of the firmament.  To view the rest of the project click here, or use the link to the series on the right under the "portfolios" heading.
