
This year the
New Bedford Art Museum has asked local artists to interpret the prints of John James Audubon. The Museum is exhibiting a selection of pieces from an original elephant folio issued by Audubon and currently in the collection of the New Bedford Free Public Library. The interpretive artworks will be auctioned-off to raise funds for the Museum during their Garden Party on Friday, July 23. The above picture is what I am working on for donation. It is based on Audubon's print of the
